Since 2007 YAANPEET has been registred as limited company with all required regulations and entitlements such as Company registration, Public Liability Insurance, Constructionline registration, VAT registration etc.

We have also great deal with the producers and suppliers of flooring staff what causes, that our prices are very competitive.

We are a contractor for the City of Edinburgh Council and for some of the big commercial companies in Edinburgh. We also do work for private clients. We have a good, working relationship with the producers and suppliers of flooring which allows us to offer competitive prices to our clients.

We are fully insured and registered with Constructionline.

Our experience so far:



  • - over 6000 kitchens, halls, passage ways and bathrooms (City of Edinburgh Council’s properties in: Inch, Gilmerton, Moredun Park, Southhouse, Burdiehouse, Firrhill, Granton and most of the flats on Ferry Road and Telford Road),
  • - large floor areas in primary schools ( Ratho, Stevensons Primary (Edinburgh) and 5th Primary School in Rathesay (the Isle of Bute),
  • - Edinburgh University and Napier University campuses ( Fraser Court , Robertson Close and Wrights Houses).
